Carnovale Car Care

Can't thank Ross and his guys enough for the work they put into my 2004 Tacoma. I brought it in, they went over it thoroughly as I'd requested to find any problems needing to be addressed. They'd determined that my engine was shot (cylinder #4 wasn't holding sufficient pressure) and needed to be replaced. I bought a new engine which was shipped and delivered to the shop. They installed after removing the bad engine as well as replaced many other parts to get it running perfect and they were very meticulous in making sure everything was correct and working as it should be (this was a real big project, I'll spare the details) and I just can't thank them all enough. Ross was keeping me updated all along the way as well. I never felt like I was in the dark nor did I ever have to call for any updates. And he was honest and up front with the pricing at all times. Can't express enough how much that is appreciated as a customer, and a brand new one at that. That's a HUGE trust builder! I'm definitely going to have them service it from here on out for all things that I need done and I'm also going to be bringing my other vehicle to them because I'm just very impressed with the time, effor

Excellent service, fair price. And I trust this company to the fullest, the dealer would have charged me more and actually would have replaced another part that didn't need to be replaced, but Carnovale was very honest. I've been doing business with them for years with my other Mercedes and I will return to them as needed.

Regular visitors to St Pete’s beach. Last two years had major car problems orior to returning to Wisconsin. Once for breaks, the other when the engine cooling system failed. Carnaval came highly recommended by local friends. We found the owner Ross to be extremely good at communication and while the break problem and engine over heating were major, they got us in and out both times for our departure. No small task. The costs for what they did were consistent with and less than the price our long term mechanic in Wiscsonsin said they would be. Above all, we were impressed with the explanations of what they did in terms of repairs but also went out of their way to mention things we should keep an eye on into the future that didn’t need immediate work — but would would prevent bigger problems down the road if overlooked.

I’ve had them help with my Porsche 911 and my new V Blackwing exhaust swap. I’m a car guy myself and rather picky but they did great work and on budget.

Ross and his mechanics are excellent! I took my 2005 BMW 330ci to them and they got me in the shop in a reasonable time, did the work and were communicative throughout the process. They insisted on my satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone in the St Pete/ Tampa area !
